Brenntag Acquisition Complete
22 February 2012We are delighted to advise you that following confimation of the required merger clearances, from December 1st 2011, Zenteum as a division of Multisol has become part of the Brenntag Group.
Over the forthcoming months Multisol (incorporating Zenteum) and Brenntag will be working closely together to review the opportunities, utilising our diverse capabilities, to develop and improve our service offering for you.
Multisol (incorporating Zenteum) will continue to operate as a stand alone business as part of the group and you should see no change to our current trading arrangement with you. We will be in touch shortly to guide you through any other administrative queries you may have, but in the meantime it's business as usual. We will continue to work hard to earn your custom and look forward to providing you with the single focus and total service that only Multisol Group can deliver.
Your contact will remain exactly the same as before the merger. Our banking arrangements remain the same, however it is likely they will change early in the New Year.
